Booklet provides insight into Intellectual Property in China

A new guide has been launched which examines the Chinese intellectual property protection and enforcement system.

China - An Enforcement Roadmap offers businesses practical and effective help on how to protect and enforce intellectual property rights in what is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. It is aimed at businesses which currently operate or intend to operate in China.

The guide, launched by the UK Intellectual Property Office, can be used as a useful starting part for all companies.
