Market visit to identify opportunities in India

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) is running a market visit to Mumbai and Pune for companies in Yorkshire & the Humber region who are interested in doing business in India, partnering with companies in India or looking to expand operations into India.

The visit is aimed at companies in the following sectors:

• Healthcare
• Advanced engineering and manufacturing
• Business, professional and financial
• Digital and new media

The programme will include one-to-one business meetings, networking opportunities, time with business support professionals as well as free time for meetings and advice on doing business in India.

UKTI will be offering eligible companies a grant of up to £550 to help subsidise the visit under the Market Visit Support Scheme.

The visit will take place from 1-8 March 2008.
