An intensive course relating to Intellectual Property laws in China has been developed for companies which currently conduct or intend to conduct business in China.
The Certificate in Chinese Intellectual Property Law and Practice is designed to give attendees an understanding of the laws and the various ways in which they can be enforced.
A new range of Intellectual Property laws have been introduced in China, alongside a network of courts, trained judges and administrative structures designed to facilitate the implementation of the new regime. These laws and their enforcement are now an important part of the legal environment in which business in China is conducted. They not only affect new technologies and products introduced by Chinese industry, but also the opportunities and risks borne by foreign businesses which intend to introduce products and technology into and conduct business in China.
